Chats & Drafts Are Not Stored

What you type in Clinical Chat and in Reports & FBAs is processed to generate the answer and is not saved by AbaAiCheck; only usage counters and credits are recorded.

No PHI Required

You never need client names to use the workspace: use initials or IDs. Items you save on purpose, such as “Remember” entries and files, are stored (files encrypted), so keep them free of identifiers.

Workspace Overview

The Clinical Tools workspace has a two-part sidebar.

Clinical Tools

Clinical Chat, Reports & FBAs, Session Transcriptions (coming soon) and Research Signal.

Management

Clients, File Manager and Practitioners.

Step-by-Step: Using the Clinical Assistant

  1. 1

    Step 1

    Select the context

    • Choose the assistant mode: General AI Assistant, Behavior Analysis Literature, Research Insights or Goals & Programs.
    • Optionally link a client profile and a CPT code (for example, 97151, 97153 or 97155) so answers fit that context.
  2. 2

    Step 2

    Ask your question

    • Ask about behavior intervention plans, goal and mastery criteria, CPT documentation or session planning, or request a draft.

Review every answer clinically before using it; the assistant supports, it does not replace, your judgment.

  3. 3

    Step 3

    Remember & customize

    • Type a preference and click Remember to save it to Customization → Client & Session Memory, so future answers follow your agency’s guidelines. You can review and delete these entries anytime.
  4. 4

    Step 4

    Credits & add-on

    • Without the Clinical Intelligence add-on, each chat answer uses 1 credit; new accounts receive free evaluation credits. Report drafts use credits.
    • Your credit balance and add-on status are shown at the top of the workspace.

Core Clinical Modules

Clinical Chat

Real-time AI consultation for documentation, programming and CPT questions.

Reports & FBAs

Draft a Functional Behavior Assessment, a Behavior Intervention Plan or a treatment plan from the details you provide.

Research Signal

Curated, evidence-based research briefs on ABA literature and intervention strategies (subscription).

Session Transcriptions (Coming Soon)

Planned: turning session audio into structured documentation, once a speech-to-text provider covered by a BAA is in place.

Management Workspace

Clients

Your client roster for context-aware drafting. Use initials or IDs instead of names; agency owners see client counts per practitioner.

File Manager

Store and organize templates, assessments and exports in Clients and Practitioners folders. Files are encrypted and visible only to your agency.

Practitioners

A directory of your agency team with credential, recent note activity and clients. Roles and invitations are managed in My Team.

Clinical Tools is available with the Clinical Intelligence add-on or free evaluation credits.

AI answers and drafts support clinical work and must be reviewed by a qualified clinician before use. They do not replace clinical judgment, supervision or payer-specific guidance.
