Keep Your Current EHR
Our Chrome extension works on top of the web-based EHR you already use, such as Office Puzzle or CentralReach. No migration and no integration project with your EHR vendor.
Note audits and Smart Rewrites next to the note you are writing
Billing & Claims Auditor and Clearinghouse Auto-Fill
A clinician approves every change before it reaches the EHR
Office Puzzle and CentralReach are trademarks of their respective owners and are mentioned only to describe compatibility. Office Puzzle is the EHR we test against today.
ABA Practice Management Modules in ABAPilot Suite
Everything an ABA agency runs on, in one workspace with role-based access for owners, administrators and billing specialists.
Client & Staff Dashboards

Smart Clinical Documents
Seven clinical document templates with a rich-text editor, signatures and a clear status flow (Unlocked, Ready for Review, Locked) so finished documents cannot be edited by mistake.

ABAPilot Suite: Frequently Asked Questions
What is ABAPilot Suite?
ABAPilot Suite is an optional, all-in-one ABA EHR inside your AbaAiCheck account. It brings clients, staff, calendars, session events, clinical documents, billing setup and reports into one workspace for ABA agencies. It is in beta with early access by invitation.
Do we have to leave our current EHR to use AbaAiCheck?
No. Our flagship is the EHR-Agnostic AI System: a Chrome extension that works on top of the web-based EHR you already use, such as Office Puzzle or CentralReach. ABAPilot Suite is optional, for agencies that want to run everything in one native system.
Can we start on our current EHR and switch later?
Yes. The extension and ABAPilot Suite live in the same AbaAiCheck account, so an agency can start with the extension on its current EHR and turn on ABAPilot Suite later as a paid add-on.
Which modules are available today?
Client and staff dashboards, staff credentials with expiration status, a per-staff calendar (day, week, month and agenda views with .ics import and export), session events linked to prior authorizations, seven clinical document templates with signatures and locking, billing setup (billing codes, payers, plans and rates, billing entities, clearinghouses), 24 operational reports, announcements and Users Activity. An agency-wide calendar, EVV and payroll reports are still in development.
Does ABAPilot Suite submit claims automatically?
No. ABAPilot Suite prepares and organizes billing data, and Clearinghouse Auto-Fill can fill the claim form in your clearinghouse portal from Chrome, but a person always reviews and submits each claim.
How is client data protected in ABAPilot Suite?
We sign a Business Associate Agreement (BAA) with your agency. Data is hosted on HIPAA-eligible Amazon Web Services in the United States and encrypted in transit and at rest, with extra field-level AES-256 encryption for sensitive fields such as Social Security numbers. Each agency only sees its own data, access is role-based, and access to client records is written to a tamper-evident HIPAA audit log.
Can we bring our data from our current EHR?
Yes, in part. Clients can be imported from a CSV file (up to 200 per file), staff can be invited in bulk, and calendars can be imported from .ics files. During early access we help you plan the rest of the move.
Who in the agency can use ABAPilot Suite?
Today ABAPilot Suite is available to agency owners and administrators and to billing specialists, each with role-based permissions. Access for clinicians is planned.
How do we get access and how much does it cost?
ABAPilot Suite is a paid add-on for agencies, offered by invitation while it is in beta. Request early access and we will walk you through the suite and the plan that fits your agency.
Be One of the First Agencies on ABAPilot Suite
Tell us about your agency and your current EHR. We will give you a guided walkthrough, sign the BAA and help you decide whether to keep your EHR with our extension or move to ABAPilot Suite.
ABAPilot Suite is in beta and its features may change. Some modules are still in development. AbaAiCheck supports documentation and billing quality; it does not replace the clinical judgment of the supervising BCBA, and it does not guarantee payment of any claim or the outcome of any payer audit.
